The Opportunity

A Different Kind of
Real Estate Career

If you've built your career in real estate but feel like there's more to the industry than agency life, this role was designed for you.

Most real estate careers follow a familiar path. Property management. Sales. Administration. You get good at what you do, you work hard, and somewhere along the way you start wondering whether this is all there is. Whether the industry you chose has more to offer than the lane you've found yourself in.

It does. And this role is proof of that.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced real estate professional to step into a hands-on, operations-focused role working directly with a well-known and highly respected CEO across multiple established and growing real estate industry businesses. It's a position that will give you genuine breadth: exposure to rent roll valuations, due diligence engagements, business transactions, industry education, live events, and media, without the pressure of a traditional sales environment or the grind of a property management portfolio.

You'll be the person who keeps everything moving. The one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, that clients are communicated with, that contracts are managed, that the CEO's time is protected and well spent. It's a role that requires real capability: organisational precision, strong communication, the ability to work independently, and a genuine interest in how a high-performing business operates.

If you've been looking for a way to stay in the industry you know while doing something genuinely different, something that challenges you, exposes you to parts of real estate you've never seen, and gives you direct access to one of the most recognised names in the sector, this is worth your full attention.

The role is based on the Gold Coast and will be on-site initially to allow for close collaboration, strong communication, and a clear understanding of how the business operates at every level. Following an initial six-month period, there may be flexibility to transition into a hybrid arrangement based on performance and business needs.

About the CEO

Working Directly
With Tarsi

This role works directly with Tarsi, founder and CEO of a group of interconnected real estate businesses and one of the most recognised and respected voices in the rent roll industry in Australia.

Tarsi has spent years building deep expertise in rent roll valuations, due diligence, and real estate business advisory, and has built a reputation for straight-talking, high-quality work that the industry trusts. Through The Rent Roll Queen podcast she has become a genuine media presence, reaching thousands of real estate business owners across the country with content that actually moves the needle.

She's not a figurehead. She's in the business every day, doing the work, building something with real momentum. Working closely with Tarsi means genuine access: to her thinking, her process, her network, and her way of approaching the industry. She is the kind of person who raises the level of everyone around her, and she is looking for someone who is ready to step up and grow alongside her.

For the right person, this isn't just a job. It's an accelerator.

The Business

Four Brands.
One Ecosystem.

You'll be supporting operations across four interconnected businesses that between them cover almost every dimension of the real estate industry. Together they operate across advisory, transactions, education, events, media, and emerging software, with a strong shared focus on improving standards and outcomes across the sector.

The Tarsi Way

Rent roll valuation, due diligence, and advisory. Working with buyers, sellers, and business owners to understand the true value of rent rolls and navigate complex transactions with confidence and clarity.

Buy A Rent Roll

Acquisition and divestment support for real estate business owners looking to grow through purchasing rent rolls or exit through strategic divestment. A transaction-focused business operating at a high level.

REBOC

The Real Estate Business Owners Conference: bringing together real estate business owners for education, connection, and genuine industry leadership. A growing events and education platform with a loyal and engaged community.

The Rent Roll Queen

A podcast and media platform that has established Tarsi as one of the most listened-to voices in the rent roll space. Content that educates, entertains, and builds genuine trust with an audience of real estate professionals across Australia.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

This is a hands-on operational role. You'll be across the day-to-day flow of the business, managing the detail that allows the CEO to focus on the work that drives the business forward.

CRM & Data Management

  • Managing and maintaining the CRM system to ensure all client, job, and pipeline data is accurate, current, and well-organised at all times
  • Tracking job progression across all active engagements and following up on outstanding items proactively before they become problems
  • Maintaining organised documentation, file structures, and internal processes that make the business easier to run and easier to audit

Client Communication & Contracts

  • Drafting client agreements, engagement documents, and correspondence, and managing contract workflows from initiation through to completion
  • Coordinating client communication across valuations, due diligence engagements, and advisory work, ensuring clients are kept informed and that nothing is left waiting

Executive & Calendar Support

  • Managing and triaging email communication on behalf of the CEO, identifying what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and what can be handled directly
  • Supporting calendar management and helping to protect and prioritise the CEO's time against competing demands

Marketing & Events Support

  • Assisting with marketing email coordination, webinar logistics, and the operational side of business initiatives and campaigns
  • Supporting the coordination of events and education initiatives across the REBOC and broader business calendar

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Identifying areas where systems, workflows, or processes could be improved and bringing solutions, not just observations
  • Contributing to building and refining internal processes that support the business as it scales

This role is not responsible for generating leads or business development. Its purpose is to ensure that all existing work, clients, contracts, and commitments are managed with precision, care, and follow-through. The better you do this job, the more the business can grow.

The Candidate

Is This You?

You've spent time in real estate, whether in property management, agency operations, business development, or a related environment, and you're genuinely good at what you do. You understand how real estate businesses operate. You know the terminology, the rhythms, the pressures. And you're ready to apply that knowledge somewhere that uses more of you.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have meaningful real estate experience and a solid understanding of how the industry operates at a business level
  • Are exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and take genuine pride in following through on everything you commit to
  • Can work independently and take full accountability for your responsibilities without needing to be managed closely
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly, whether in writing, on the phone, or in person
  • Are comfortable working in close proximity to a high-performing, fast-moving, and high-expectation business owner
  • Enjoy bringing order to complexity: building systems, tightening processes, and making things run more smoothly
  • Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously across different business areas without losing track of the detail
  • Are naturally proactive: you don't wait to be told something needs doing, you see it and you act on it

This isn't a role for someone who needs a lot of structure handed to them. It's for someone who creates it. Someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. If that's you, you'll fit here.

Why Consider This

A Role Worth
Your Attention

There aren't many roles in real estate that offer this kind of breadth, this level of access, or this quality of exposure. Most people in the industry spend their careers in a lane, property management, sales, or administration, without ever seeing how the broader business of real estate actually works at a strategic and operational level. This role sits across all of it.

In a typical week you might be coordinating a rent roll valuation engagement, supporting the logistics for an upcoming REBOC event, managing contract workflows for a business acquisition, and assisting with a podcast episode rollout. The variety is real. The learning is real. And the access to someone operating at Tarsi's level, seeing how she thinks, how she makes decisions, how she builds, is genuinely rare.

As the business continues to grow, this role has every reason to grow with it. The right person won't be doing the same job in two years that they're doing on day one. There is a clear and genuine pathway for this position to expand in scope, responsibility, and remuneration as trust is established and the business scales.

If you've been in real estate for a while and you've been quietly wondering whether there's a different way to apply what you know, a role that gives you more, challenges you more, and connects you to something bigger than a single office or portfolio, this is the answer to that question.

There aren't many roles like this. And when they come up, they don't stay open for long.
